1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and participating in the Goa Heroes Cup (GHC) cricket trials, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from registering or participating in any trial sessions.
2. Eligibility for Participation
To participate in the Goa Heroes Cup cricket trials, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Age Group: You must be within the specified age range for the trial category (Under 14, Under 16, Under 19, or Under 24).
- Registration: You must complete the official registration process on the Goa Heroes Cup website and submit all required information accurately.
- Health and Fitness: Participants should be in good health and physically fit to take part in the trials. We recommend a medical check-up before attending the trials.
3. Registration Process
- To register for the Goa Heroes Cup cricket trials, you must complete the online registration form on our official website.
- By submitting the registration form, you consent to the use of your personal information for trial-related purposes, including communication, trial updates, and event notifications.
- You acknowledge that you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process.
4. Trial Schedules and Locations
- The Goa Heroes Cup trials are scheduled at different locations and dates for various age groups. The trial schedule will be communicated to you upon registration.
- You are required to arrive on time for the trials. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate, and missed sessions may result in exclusion from the selection process.
- Goa Heroes Cup reserves the right to change or cancel the trial schedule or location due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed promptly.
5. Code of Conduct
- All participants in the Goa Heroes Cup (GHC) trials must adhere to the Code of Conduct, which emphasizes respect, sportsmanship, and fair play during the trials.
- Disrespectful behavior, unsportsmanlike conduct, or failure to follow instructions from coaches or officials may result in immediate disqualification from the trials.
- Players are expected to maintain professionalism, follow the trial schedule, and wear appropriate attire as specified by Goa Heroes Cup.
6. Health and Safety
- Goa Heroes Cup prioritizes the health and safety of all participants. You must notify us of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries during the registration process.
- Injury Prevention: All participants are required to follow injury prevention guidelines, including warm-up and cool-down exercises, proper footwear, and hydration.
- Medical Assistance: A qualified medical team will be present at all trial sessions. In the event of an injury, immediate treatment will be provided, and participants may be asked to seek further medical attention if needed.
7. Image and Media Release
- By participating in the Goa Heroes Cup cricket trials, you grant Goa Heroes Cup permission to use your name, image, and likeness in promotional materials, media coverage, and marketing related to the trials and associated events.
- This includes but is not limited to social media posts, photographs, video footage, and advertisements for future events.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event organizers prior to the trial session.
Terms & Condition
- Player can register for only one category Under 14 to Under 24.
- Participants will have to take care of his/her all valuable things; the organizer will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property, or any physical injury to any participant during the entire event. However, best efforts will be made to provide first aid services at the venue.
- The participant will have to come in his white cricket uniform and bring his own Addhar-Card along with 2 Passport size Photos.
- The selector’s decision will be the final and, no correspondence or dispute will be entertained. The organizer reserve the right to admission to the venue. Precautionary measures have been taken for certain incidents. However, the organizers are not responsible for any weather conditions.
- Venue and dates are subject to change.
- Selection of candidates will be informed through either Email/SMS.
- Cricketer shall be debarred if false particulars are furnished.
- The list of shortlisted participants in each city will be published on the GHC website (www.ghcindia.com)
- GHC is only for Indians.
- Note:- Cancellation of your registration is not available at Goa Heroes Cup.
- We do not offer refund of any value in any stage according to our refund policy, our policy applied equally to each player.
Note: Anyone can play goa heroes cup after clearing cricket trials 2025 and cricket selection matches 2025 and register for cricket registration form online 2025.
